We prepare and check each alert, then review it before sending. Every subscriber gets the same feed, without setting up airport filters or route watches.

Emails go out as reviewed deals are ready, not on a daily or weekly schedule. Some days may bring more than others.

  1. Subscribe with Free or Plus

    Choose monthly or annual billing. Award Alerts is its own subscription, so you can keep the tracker plan that suits you.

  2. Receive clearly explained deals

    See what the opportunity is, the relevant programs, points or bonus amounts, and dates when available. A checked link takes you to the offer when one is available.

  3. Check the details. Make it your trip.

    Confirm current availability and terms before transferring or buying points. Book with the airline or hotel, then log your redemption in Award Tracker.

What to expect from the feed, and how to stay in control of it.

What kinds of deals will I receive?

Points and miles opportunities: award flights, hotel points offers, transfer bonuses and points sales. Award Alerts does not send cash-fare deals.

How often will emails arrive?

We prepare and check each alert, then review it before sending. There is no daily or weekly digest and no fixed number of emails. The number depends on the deals arriving.

Can I choose my airport, route or programs?

Every subscriber receives the same feed. There are no airport filters, route watches or personalized recommendations. Delivery is by email; Award Alerts does not send SMS or push notifications.

Is Award Alerts included with Plus?

No. Award Alerts is a separate subscription you can add to either Free or Plus. You do not need Plus to subscribe, and Award Alerts has no trial.

Does an alert mean a booking is still available?

Availability, prices and offer terms can change. Alerts are not real-time availability checks. Confirm the award space and the current offer before buying or transferring points; transfers may be irreversible.

What if I turn deal emails off?

You can turn deal emails off in Settings or use the email’s opt-out link. That stops delivery but does not cancel your subscription. Turning delivery back on resumes future deals; missed deals are not resent.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Manage billing in Settings and cancel Award Alerts. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. If deal emails remain on, you can keep receiving them until then.

Will you find and book a trip for me?

Award Alerts gives you opportunities to explore and book yourself. The concierge is a separate service from The Plane Prince Travel: you send a trip request and an advisor helps source and book it. It is not included in Award Alerts.
