Yes. You can log unlimited bookings, balances, certificates, cards, travelers and imports on Free, with no card required. Plus Coming soon is $7/month or $59/year after a 14-day trial, and Award Alerts Coming soon is a separate subscription.
No. Most people start by logging one booking, which takes a minute. If you do keep a sheet, import it as xlsx or csv and map its columns once; duplicates are flagged before anything is saved.
Savings is the comparable cash price you record minus award taxes and fees. Points are not assigned a cash cost in that figure. CPP is Savings divided by the points used, then shown in cents per point.
You choose what to share. Manually forward booking confirmations to our shared address, or set up automatic forwarding to your unique address. We do not connect to your inbox. Captured bookings may still need a comparable cash price.
What you enter: bookings, travelers, balances, certificates and cards (cards by name, never by number). Concierge payments run on Stripe's checkout page; we keep the card brand and last four digits, never the card number. If you connect AwardWallet, we store its identifier for you and your balances, never your AwardWallet login. We never ask for the passwords to your airline, hotel or bank accounts. Yes. Free exports CSV. Plus adds JSON and a ZIP backup of every table Coming soon. If Plus ends, your data stays intact and you can keep using the Free plan.
Award Alerts is a separate $4/month or $39/year subscription. Get clearly explained points and miles deals in Award Tracker emails, prepared and reviewed before sending. Every subscriber receives the same approved deals. When an offer has a checked booking or promotion page, the email includes a link to it. Availability can change.
